Throughout the evening, Filippo will guide you through a carefully selected line-up of Italian wines from Central Italy, sharing insights into their regions, grapes, producers and what makes each one unique.

Each wine will be paired with a specially selected canapé, created by Chef Jose Romero Garcia, to complement and bring out the character of the wine.
