​Join us for an intimate Chef’s Table experience, where each course is thoughtfully paired with wines from Northern Italy, guiding you through the flavours and stories of one of the country’s most celebrated regions. 

 

Curated by the Head Chef Jose Romero, and hosted by Alberto Fraquelli, the evening brings together food, wine, and storytelling in a convivial, shared-table setting.From elegant sparkling wines to structured reds, each pairing has been selected to enhance and elevate every dish.
