CANTINA ROENO WEEK
AT BRASSERIA
From 16th–22nd February, we're hosting Cantina Roeno Week, a collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Frederico Parolari and wine ambassador Martina Cento from one of Trentino's most respected family wineries.This doesn't happen often. And some experiences are only happening once.

ROENO CHEF'S TABLE
A four-course menu designed by Chef Parolari, paired with Cantina Roeno wines. Hosted by Alberto Fraquelli, Martina Cento, and the chef himself in our private dining room.
Dishes include potato mezzalune with black truffle, veal medallion with artichokes and aged goat’s cheese, and a deconstructed apple strudel. Each course matched with wines from the Roeno estate, from their Trento DOC to the 2018 Enantio Riserva 1865.

ROENO MASTERCLASS
Join Martina Cento for an evening tasting exploring the terroir and story behind Cantina Roeno's signature wines: Trento DOC, Pinot Grigio Tera Alta, Enantio Riserva, and their late-harvest Cristina Vendemmia Tardiva, paired with small plates prepared by visiting Chef Parolari.
